The PRA is pleased to issue this Public Bid for improvement to the Hawthorne Playground Basketball Court.

Pre-Bid Meeting
A pre-bid conference will be held on February 27, 2019 at 10am at Hawthorne Playground, 1200 Carpenter Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.

Questions
PRA will accept questions and requests for additional information directed in writing to RFP@PRA.Phila.gov up to 3pm on March 4, 2019. Questions, responses, and additional information will be posted on the PRA website within 3 business days of this date.

The PRA is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications seeking qualifications from general contractors  and construction management firms  interested in becoming pre-qualified as PRA qualified cost containment contractors.

Submission Deadline
Respondents may submit Qualifications by March 29, 2019 at 3pm.

Questions/Requests for Additional Information
All questions and requests for additional information should be directed in writing to RFP@PRA.Phila.gov. Questions will only be accepted until March 15, 2019 at 4pm. Questions and/or requests for additional information and the PRA’s responses to them will be posted on the PRA website.

RFP for Multi-Family Rental And Homeownership Development Legal Services

The PRA invites competitive proposals from qualified attorneys to provide legal services. Applicants must have familiarity with the regulations, practices and policies of HUD’s Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Supportive Housing, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS and Capital Advance Programs, the low-income housing tax credit program and the City of Philadelphia’s Housing Trust Fund Program.

Submission Deadline
Applicants must submit a response/proposal (each, a “Response,” and together, “Responses”) no later than March 1, 2019 at 3pm; absolutely no Response will be accepted after that date.
